Frequent and gratuitous violence. Characters shot and stabbed to death in the head, graphically shown. Female antagonist uses knife to cut off penis of lecherous hotel manager -- severed penis shown, then becomes sight gag later. A hostage forced to lick the anus of a large man bent over. A lead character hiding from bad guys pretends to be dead from autoerotic asphyxiation by hanging by the neck, naked. Exploding heads. Characters fall to their death by falling out of high story windows. Small dog wired with explosives explodes inside an aquarium; dog blood. Fighting with punches and kicks.

Male nudity: penis, buttocks. Humor attempted by showing or discussing various sex acts and euphemisms such as "tossed salad." The lead characters, maids in a high-rise hotel, remove several condoms filled with semen from a room. While a character is high on salvia, they place one of the condoms on his forehead and take a picture. Throughout the scene the characters riff on how much semen the man must have. A man is forced by the bad guys to lick the anus of another man; this turns into a joke because the man who is forced to perform this act actually enjoys it, and the man who is getting licked moans in pleasure. A security guard is shown watching porn on his smartphone.

Constant, unrelenting profanity. "F--k" and variations often used. Just about every other profanity in the English language is used, as well as slang references to masturbation and various sex acts.

Lead characters grow, sell, and smoke salvia. One of the characters smokes salvia and acts giddy and high. The characters attempt to stop the bad guys by sending massive amounts of salvia smoke through the air vents into the room where the bad guys are keeping the hostages. Drinking at a rooftop hotel party.

Parents need to know that Game Over, Man! is a 2018 comedy in which three slacker friends who work as maids in a hotel must rescue hostages held captive in the hotel by a group of terrorists. Attempts at shocking gross-out humor are frequent and unrelenting -- including scenes in which one of the female antagonists cuts off the penis of the lecherous manager of the hotel (the severed penis is then used as a sight gag in various ways as the movie progresses), a scene in which the lead characters try to clean a room that has used condoms filled to capacity with semen, and another scene in which one of the bad guys forces one hostage to lick the anus of another hostage -- the man forced to do the licking starts to enjoy it, and the man on the receiving end of the licking moans with pleasure. A character fakes suicide by autoerotic asphyxiation. A small dog explodes; dog blood is shown. There's lots of gratuitous violence -- exploding heads, characters shot in the head or stabbed, characters falling out of windows to their death. Characters smoke salvia and act high. The movie also features frequent references to sex and sexual acts, full-frontal male nudity, and constant profanity, with "f--k" and variations heard often.
